On a failure, you gain a level of Impish, which can only be removed by a Remove Curse or similar spell. ![]() An imp that is reduced to 0 hit points vanishes in a puff of smoke and cannot be summoned again for 24 hours.Īt the end of every hour during which you are accompanied by an imp, you must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw, increased by 1 for each different imp that you were accompanied by. Once you summon an imp, it remains until it is reduced to 0 hit points, until you dismiss it as a bonus action, it returns to the tome of its own accord, or it spends an hour more than 30 feet away from the tome. The imps are free-willed and are not compelled to obey you, but initially regard you as a friend, willingly follow your commands to the best of their abilities (especially carnal ones), and cannot move the tome without your permission. ![]() While you are attuned to the tome, you can use an action to open the book and speak the name of an imp or imps contained within, summoning each one whose name you called to an empty space within 5 feet of you (imps can also emerge from and return to the tome at will when it is left open).
